Section 5.8.3 of the Huntsville City Schools policy manual mandates the confidentiality of employee personnel files,
5.8.3 Confidentiality – In general, the contents of an employee’s personnel file will be deemed confidential except for documents, information, and materials that are matters of public information or public record under applicable state or federal law
I’m looking for the section that allows the superintendent to blab in public about alleged and unsubstantiated employee misconduct and his eagerness to throw her under the DA’s bus four years after the fact, four years devoid of due process for the subject employee.
But if there was an answer for that we could not have an August surprise.
