Pay attention to the end Obama rambles on about how he is willing to have a conversation about spending, says nothing. Ryan responds by referencing the 80% increase in discretionary spending and Obama tells him we will have a debate, again saying nothing.

Ryan is a odd choice. It means Romney is almost conceding Florida and making Ohio a must win, where Romney has been behind versus Florida where he has had a decent lead. The campaign will have to define the changes in the Ryan plan they will institute cause elders hate the current plan, a plan that Romney has endorsed in the past.
“End Medicare as we know it” will be the argument over and over… Should be effective with the people who care more about themselves then there country and the people who put us in this mess…. Seniors.
Romney chose Ryan because he wanted to give die heart conservatives a reason to vote on election day.

If you are correct in your assessment, the GOP is going to have show just cause for using words like “moocher”. I pay money into SS & Medicare. If I ever have to file a claim, I get that money back. It’s no different than getting a new car from the insurance company if mine is stolen.
If Romney & Ryan want to put a stop to mooching, they should be pressing for stronger laws against fraud.
It’s not only about SS and Medicare, which everyone agree is unsustainable but Democrats refuse to actually address it. It’s the other entitlements as well… more on government assistance than ever.
Well of course there is more government assistance now than ever before. The population continues to rise. More & more, the voters are beginning to see how the GOP twists the truth around. If you guys think you can win by calling honest people “moochers”, knock yourself out.
We aren’t talking raw numbers, we are talking percentage wise, take another crack at it.
You also have to take the “baby boomer” numbers into account. They all have just recently reached the age of 65.
How come nobody in the GOP wants to tackle the problem with stricter laws and more thorough investigations? Enforce the laws that are already on the books and your problem is solved.
Clearly that is a GOP problem… If only we had a President Obama like Democrat in the White House… If only.

Everyone does not agree SS and Medicare are unsustainable. There is nothing wrong with SS and Medicare which is why republicans want to mess it up too.
Democrats refuse to throw Seniors, the poor, the disabled, and children under the bus so the rich can get richer. More are on government assistance than ever thanks to republican policies like all war all the time, outsourcing jobs over seas and raiding the surplus to give their rich cronies tax cuts.
